Any early u/s gender calls that turned out wrong?

I had an u/s around 13 weeks and the technician told me he thought it was a boy and then, with a better view, confirmed it was definitely a boy.  Now I hear they're not completely reliable until 15 or 16 weeks.  My next u/s is not for 3 more weeks and I was already sure it was a boy.  Anyone have an early U/S -- and did it turn out to be right or wrong on gender?
