Question about "lightning crotch"

So, I have read a few posts about lightning crotch, but never really got what it "feels like" well, over the weekend I had a sensation down there where it almost feels like I am starting to get a UTI and it slightly burns and feels like I have to go to the bathroom. Well, I dont have to go, and within about 10 seconds it is totally gone for at least 8-10 hours... so it doesnt happen very much, which I why I have figured it isn't a UTI... 

Is this what lightning crotch feels like?
