carpal tunnel anyone?

I've been having severe pain in my wrist for a little over a week now. I had pregnancy induced carpal tunnel with DD, but it wasn't nearly as painful and didn't hit this early. My OB confirmed that it is most likely carpal tunnel. It sucks that it is my right hand this time around. Anybody else having problems? What have you been doing for the pain?
