Opinions on Belly Bandits

For those of you that have delievered before, did you choose to wear a Belly Bandit or other similar wrap or binding system post delievery? What was your opinion of it? Did it really help? Was it comfortable to wear? Some people use it more for support rather than shrinkage apparently? I know they are not for everyone so I was just wondering if you guys could share your experiences with these products.
