Literal pain in the ass

I'm at 19 weeks.  When I move "just right," I feel a sharp pain in my butt.  I had this with my first pregnancy, but not nearly as severe.  The OB told me that my uterus was resting against a nerve that runs through my butt, and so when I move and my uterus hits the nerve, I get the sharp pain.  With my first pregnancy, it was annoying, and lasted a few weeks.  This time, it's almost debilitating and has lasted over a month.

Has anyone else dealt with this?  Do you have any tips to help?   Heat?  Ice?
