Question--at home necessities

Hi ladies! I'm very lucky in that my DH is a SAHD so he'll be home to help me my entire maternity leave but on the flip side of that DH can't drive so I'll have to go whenever we need something. Is there anything I should get done or stock up on before LO comes that isn't on the usual list [diapers, etc]? I know someone once said advised to get your oil changed if you're close to needing it, which I thought was a great idea. Anything else like that [or necessary baby/home items I may have forgotten?]
