Does your baby respond to sound??

Hi! I am about 28 1/2 weeks. My baby moves around quite a bit, and responds to pokes etc., but does not seem to respond to voices/sounds much. It's getting me a little worried! Is it too soon to respond to sound much? Does the sound have to be very loud to get a response? Anything to be concerned about?? As a FTM, I think everything gets me worried!
