Radiating Side Pains.. Should I be alarmed?

I've been doing laundry and cleaning house today... And I started about twenty or so minutes ago having a radiating pain.. Kinda sharp. Very uncomfortable.. It's all on my right side. I'm hurting from right above my butt through my ribs all the way up to my shoulder area.. (not my arm.. just that area of my back) and I'm having some discomfort in the front on the right of my belly. It's very uncomfortable.. I know what it feels like when the babies laying weird but this isn't normally how I feel when he does.. Should I be alarmed?
