Repeated kicks in the same place?

I've been feeling baby kick me for a few days now (usually just once or twice in the evening) but today he's been kicking me in the same spot on and off for the last two hours. Is this normal? Shouldn't he be moving around and kicks me in different places? How are your LO's kicking you?
