February 2012 in 3rd Trimester

I feel like it has taken FOREVER to get to this point. I am so exhausted I can't wait for this baby to come out! At my drs yesterday she said I was still only a centimeter dilated but I had thinned out a lot. I know everyone is different but does this mean I am stuck waiting a week maybe more?! I couldn't imagine being pregnant over 40 weeks and I'm not 100% sure my back could handle it!!!
