"you're still here?" !?!?!

I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. Everyone I went this week, I kept getting the "you're still here?" comment.

Has anyone else gotten this? And does it annoy the **** out of you?

I don't know why I'm so irked by it, but every time someone says it, I want to throw something.
