Anyone Late to work in the morning bc of M/S?

I've been waking up atleast 20 minutes earlier everyday because my morning sickness is still so horrible. The Zofran really isnt doing much. at least 2 days a week I'm about 3-6 minutes late for work. I know its not that big of a deal but the minutes add up. I hate being such a baby but my manager is starting to harass me about my 3 minutes being late. Do you think Its ridiculos of me to ask my DR. for a note, or FMLA just for protection for those 3- 6 freakin minutes?
