Am I worrying too much?

I'm 11.5 weeks along with twins, and lacking much of a baby bump. I don't have any reason to believe I've lost the babies, saw them two weeks ago when I went to the Er for some bleeding (no cramping). All was ok, they were growing just right and had perfect heartbeats. I've had no cramping, and no bleeding since, and still have morning  sickness. I've got no reason to think anything is wrong other than a lack of a baby bump and a worrying mind. This is my very first pregnancy. I have another doctors appt on Tues, but just need some reassurance to stop worrying in the meantime. When did your bumps come?
