Did my water break?

I was taking a shower ( I take very hot ones) and for about 30 seconds I felt a cool rush of water coming from my vaginal area. I heard it's warm but if I'm taking a very hot shower I would imagine it would be cooler than the current water temp. Right before the shower i was at the gym on the elliptical for an hr trying to get my early labor to progress. I'm so confused right mow. I already had a false alarm almost two days ago and don't want to go back unless I know for sure
