What happened? How long did you wait around for spontaneous labor? And was the RCS worse or better than you thought?

I'm currently past my due date, and I'm deciding how long to go. I had to be induced with my DD and she was born via emergency c-section at 42+2. I was not dilated at all when I was induced and, true to form, I am not dilated at all this time either. I really wanted to avoid surgery, but I am thinking if it's going to happen that way regardless, I might as well get it over with.
