can't breathe

Anyone else finding it hard to breathe? My LO feels low based on his movements but no matter what positionI sit in I feel like I can't breathe. I am a teacher and it is getting to the point where I can barely speak by the end of the day. It is worse at night when I am trying to sleep....any suggestions or advice? TIA!
