Pain just below right breast?

Anyone else dealing with this?  It started as a relatively ignorable pain about an inch below my right boob.  That was a week or two ago.  Now it's very hard to ignore, hurts more if I've been sitting for a while, and is even sensitive to the touch on the outside! Super annoying, not sure what it could be.  I'm going to mention it next week at my 28 week appointment, but I'm curious if anyone else is dealing with this.
