Pregnancy Body Pillows

I'm looking for a body pillow that I can use but the snoogle seems a bit expensive and I wasn't sure where to get or what other less pricey pillows are available.

I'm looking to sleep more comfortably - my lower back and my shoulders are so sore in the morning....

Any thoughts on this?
