Is anyone else having to deal with this or have had to in the past? Things I have read are pretty positive but I can't help but be a complete wreck. We are pregnant after a loss and now this.

On another note, his big toe seems to be seperated like those associated with downs. The Dr. didn't say anything about that but we noticed it.

Also, if anyone has a child with downs, how did you prepare yourself?
