2nd Trimester

Exercised Yesterday but the pain..

I started with a prenatal yoga dvd on Monday and loved it..Now I did the treadmill for 30 minutes..But I have to say my lower back was so bad! I had to keep stopping and my pace was 2.0-2.1 which is much lower than my pre-pregnancy level of 3.5..I stretched afterwards but the pain was horrific..I posted a few days ago about back pain--seeing a prenatal chiropractor on Saturday and continuing with the prenatal yoga. But was wondering if anyone else also experienced the back pain when they workout? Maybe it will get better the more I do it?
