My tension headaches have gotten worse since pregnant, my OB suggested chiropractic care which has helped a little but they are still really strong.  So she wants me to think about physical therapy. Has anyone done PT for tension headaches? Did it help? I can't take DS with me and my copays are really high for PT ($40 session), so it is going to be quite an investment financially.  But being cranky and in pain most of the time is getting old, as well as dealing with a 2 year old when not feeling well... I miss drugs!
