numbness in left foot?

February 2012 in 2nd Trimester

No matter what position I sleep in, my left foot goes numb and it wakes me up. I don't have tingling down my entire leg, just in my foot. It doesn't matter if I am on my left side, right, side, etc. It is the worst on my back which I am trying to avoid at this point anyway. On my side I have a pillow between my knees. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I never experienced this before. Anyone else having this or can offer a solution?
