2nd Trimester

Weight Gain. What has your doctor told you?

February 2012 in 2nd Trimester

23 weeks.. Yesterday at my checkup she told me I need to slow my gain down.. I gained 4 pounds in around 3 1/2 weeks.. And I've only gained a total of 11 all together.. Not too long ago she was telling me to try to increase the gain.. Whats healthy? My aunt (who worked in labor and delivery for years) told me around a pound a week right now is fine.. But MY doctor seems to think different..
