Does anyone else have MIL problems?

I'm sure I'm not the only one, but sometimes as much as I love my MIL she drives me crazy! 

Ever since the beginning of this pregnancy she has told me exactly what I  should and should not do from names to the actual labor process. She acts like I don't know anything.. even though this is my first baby I feel like I know plenty, due to the fact that I'm a nurse and work in labor and delivery. Sometimes she even tells me she thinks my doctor is wrong on one thing or another! 

DH and I have tried talking to her about it but she doesn't seem to listen...

I guess this is pretty much just a vent, but if anyone else has had the same problems how did you go about addressing it?
