Positive Glucose Screening...A little worried

Hello,

I am 28 weeks and had my glucose screening yesterday (1 hour) and need to go for the 3 hour test next week after a 3 day diet. Normal level is 130 and mine was 141. I am concerned about what this might mean for me and the baby? Had my 28 week ultrasound today and everything was fine. Measurements all great etc. Hoping it was a fluke!! Anyone else fail the first test and pass the second one??
