3rd Trimester

Spotting after internal

February 2012 in 3rd Trimester

Ok, so this morning I went in for my normal checkup and I'm 38 weeks so the doctor did an internal to check everything out. I'm 1.5 cm dilated. Anyway, she said that I might notice some spotting and that's completely normal but how much is normal? With my first I don't remember spotting. This time I am and I'm freaking myself out. I know everything in there can get irritated after that but I really would appreciate some input if you guys experienced this.
