What workouts to do?

Hey Ladies,

I am wondering what workouts I can safely begin 19 weeks into my pregnancy? I have read it's not safe to begin a workout during pregnancy if your body is not use to it - so I'm not looking for anything too strenuous; I am just looking for some simple moves I can do in my home. 

Does anyone have a workout plan/resources I can look into?
