5 month pregnant weight gain plateau?

I gained 16 pounds in my first 4 months. I thought I was really gaining a little too quickly. My diet hasn't changed at all, if anything I have been eating more calories. I haven't gained anything in a month and I noticed this morning that I actually lost a pound. I haven't been feeling l/o as much the last few days, but still feel little movements. I am sure everything is fine, but I thought baby is starting to gain weight more rapidly now and am surprised at my weight plateau. Anyone else?
