Registry "Must- Haves"?

I am working only registry, and have looked at lists at what you "need" to have, I am not so sure that I will actually need/ use everything on those lists and I am sure there are things that moms will tell me I need that may not have made the list.  I was just wondering what are some items that you would label as a must have for baby, or things you think should definitely make it onto the registry... Or what things I should waste my time with? TIA
