Desperately Worried

I had my anatomy scan 2 weeks ago and I got a call from my Dr saying that she thinks she may have seen a cyst on his brain - called a choroid plexus cyst.  I am waiting for her to schedule another ultrasound to double check, but I am really worried.

Everything I've read has told me to not panic that a lot of babies (1 out of 100) which doesn't seem like a lot, but 1/100 babies are diagnosed with these during an ultrasound and that most of them go away without ever causing any problems.

I opted out of the genetic pre-screening tests.. because I couldn't bare to have a false negative result and worry my entire pregnancy.  I also will not get an amnio because I read that the chances for causing fetal death are 3-5% - which is not high, but it is too high for me to risk anything (this is my first child)

Has anyone ever had this happen?
