Growth measurements at elective 4d ultrasound?

I went to an elective place to have a 4d ultrasound done last week. I loved being able to see his little baby face!

They did growth measurements, and said he was measuring pretty big. He was measuring about 2 weeks ahead (30 weeks and just under 3 lbs). Should I be worried? My doctor has never said anything about him measuring big, and I'll ask about it at my next appointment, but it definitely caught me by surprise.

Did anyone else have growth measurements done at an elective u/s? Were they accurate?
