Crazy headaches!

So is this normal, or is anyone else experiencing this-

 I was getting the occasional headache in the afternoon a couple weeks ago, about every other day.  Come this weekend, they started lasting all day from when I wake up to when I go to bed- at migraine levels sometimes.  

 I've been staying hydrated, taking Tylenol and trying to get more rest, but it's not going away!  Any advice? 

 Oh and I'm a waiting on a call back from my Dr's office.
