Holy Hemrrhoid!-TMI

I am on the home stretch..30 days left and I just discovered a massive hemorrhoid. Any advice on how to deal with this? I'm using the witch hazel wipes and cream but didn't know if there was anything else I could do. I didn't know I needed my butt for so many things until it started hurting lol..any of you ladies facing a similar situation?
