DH is finally talking to my belly! :)

The other night DH wasn't feeling the greatest so he went to be before I did.  We always give kisses and say love you night night when we go to sleep. So while I was tucking him in he reached up, grabbed both sides of my belly and said to the baby "Love you whoever you are in there." It was so cute it nearly made me cry.

Then last night DH came home in a sour mood and we had a little spat in the kitchen. Nothing big, just a little crabby moment. So he came into the living room to apologize and give me hugs and he leaned down near my belly and said to the baby "I'm sorry that you had to hear Mama and Daddy argue" then he smooched my belly and gave me hugs.

I'm so amazed that just in the last few days this has happened twice. It is almost like DH is finally realizing this is happening and I love it. It makes me feel so good. Like I'm not in it alone.
