I just found a great app that lets you back up all sms txts and call logs to your gmail account. It's called SMS Backup +, I was able to use it to print off my computer all of STBXH's txts to me. He doesn't use e-mail so we communicate through txting all the time.

Hopefully my SMS log will be proof enough of the events that happened (I ask him about it or mention it and he either agrees or just doesn't deny it) and he also admitted he was worried about having DS for long periods of time because of his anger issues.
