Items when LO first arrives home

I had a nightmare last night that I came home from the hospital and realized I didn't have ANYTHING a newborn needs when they first come home. I had all kinds of stuff for an older baby, but nothing for my newborn.

What items are most important to have in the house for the first few weeks the baby is home? I don't want to accidentally forget anything.
