lug bags

A customer of mine had this cool looking bag so I asked about it, and she said it was a "lug" bag, and you can get them online.

I looked them up, and the diaper bag looks awesome! The reviews really speak well for it too. 

That being said, when I went to a retailer and saw it, I thought that it wasn't as cool, however, I don't even know what to look for in a diaper bag. Has anyone tried the lug line of bags?

(I am a big purse fan--I love being prepared for anything, so a diaper bag will be my pinnacle of organization in bags)
