Mom's of 3 - seating arrangements in the mini van

So I'll have a nb, 2 1/2 yr old and 5 year old.  I'm thinking I'll remove the middle jump seat between the captians, have the 5 year old in the middle back, back and teach him to buckle his booster belt (obviously checking it).  Then I'll have the other two in the middle row since my 2 1/2 year old will need help and the baby will be clicked in. 

 I guess my other thought was the two boys in the back and the baby in the middle so I can push the captian seat forward so they could climb in - but that seems like more crawling around for me . . . 

 What do you think?
