Sorry in advance ...but would u be concerned

All of a sudden I have the biggest aches and pains all over my body. My back is killing me and I feel dizzy and nauseous . No fever or anything and baby s still kicking. But .... I feel ;awful!!! Diarrhea is sure to come next I can feel it rumbling around. :-( my belly hurts sometimes and I have sharp pains. Do u think it s something I should let be or would u actually get it checked out if it s still like this tomorrow ? I apologize in advance cause I know u are not doctors and cannot diagnose me , but I wonder what u would do if u had the same symptoms . :-( I'm a single mom since hubby is on deployment and I can't be sick like this with a toddler to take care of . Please help
