How to celebrate the baby...

This is our 4th baby,God willing after TTC for 1.5 yrs., I would like to celebrate without having a baby shower or a sprinkle or asking for gifts. Our youngest is 2, I don't want this baby not to be celebrated. The others were. This is our last pregnancy DH wants to wait until the birth to find out the sex., he is not a fan of parties but I am..Life is a reason to celebrate! Any ideas ???
