will the acne go away?!!! :(

I am getting so frustrated and depressed with my face looking so horrible    I've never had acne in my life and then about a year ago when I got off birth control my face went wacko and started breaking out with huge cystic acne all over my face.  all the dermatologists said it would go away when I got pregnant.  Well, here I am 17 weeks along and my face is still terrible breaking out with big bumps constantly.  Its really affecting me emotionally, b/c I've always had great skin and was always super confident but now my self esteem is terrible and I dread going to social events.  Its really interfering with me being able to be fully happy for my pregnancy

Will it ever go away???  help!
