Need help with a stroller for a toddler/infant

We have an Uppababy vista, which i planned just adding the 2nd seat onto which would be perfect. BUT- the 2nd seat only has a 35 lb capacity and DS is already at 31...

any suggestions for a stroller fitting 2 kits and one of the seats being able to hold an infant seat. (preferably INSTEAD of a reg seat rather than on top of a reg seat.)

i think the britax b ready also only has a 35 lb capacity.
