Complications... when to share??

I have shared with our immediate family, my best friend and some of my coworkers that there are some complications with DS.  He most likely has a lower urinary tract obstruction.  His bladder is very full and distended.  He isn't peeing and the amniotic fluid may begin to decrease which would result in the lungs not developing.  We are also most likely facing kidney issues that could be so severe that he may eventually need a transplant in the future.  Treatment options include an intrauterine procedure to place a shunt in his bladder through his abdomen to drain urine into the amniotic fluid.

Not sure when or how to share this with everyone else.  I have another perinatologist appt on Monday and I'll have new US pics again and hopefully more details on our plan of treatment.  Is it appropriate to share this on FB with all of our friends and extended family?
