Does your LO have a fussy time?

Every night from 9-12 dd becomes super fussy, o ly wants to be held and rocked to sleep. Last night I gave an extra feeding which helped a little, but she was still cranky. I feel bad for our neighbors, I could hear them moving around. And now at 4 I'm nursing and she was fussing and I heard them get up.
