Ouch! Sciatica and RLP..

Yesterday I kept getting this horrible shooting pain from my lower back to my butt and up to about the middle of my back.. Welcome sciatica pain.. so glad you could join me this early.

Woke up this morning moved and shooting pain in my groin.. moved a little more and shooting pain in my back. Sciatia and RLP... its going to be a long day. Luckily its a rainy day so I have an excuse to stay inside.
