Shoulder pain!

My left shoulder hurts SO much. Its sore, and achy, and hurts whenever I move it. It DIDNT hurt yesterday...and didnt start hurting til about 10:30 this morning. I took some Tylenol and am sitting with a heating pad, and neither seem to be working.

Anyone ..ideas? What is it??
