Good morning ladies!

With my first I never had to have this test so I am in uncharted waters. My appointment is in about 2 hours and I just realized that I do not know if I can eat. I am starving so.....this is valuable information. I tried Dr. Google but Baby Center is just confusing me more.

Did you eat?

Were you told to alter your diet in the days before?
