Tweeking feeling?

I don't know how else to describe it other than it feels like a tweek in my vagina and bladder region it's more annoying than it hurts. I'm 37 wks and the dr. checked my cervix today, could that be why I am having this "tweeked" feeling?? I didn't have it with my first pregnancy so it's a new thing for me, anybody else have a similar feeling??
