I guess they didn't have a better pass time than making up "tales" that people love to bring up all the time and annoy pregnant women. Despite the fact that yes,  I look like I swallowed a tire and it got caught in my mid-section, no I'm not carrying a girl. I'm wide.... and it's a boy!

Others that irk me: Boys give you longer labor, Boys make moms pretty (girls take mom's beauty)

My first 2 I carried out front. This one sideways.

DS 1: I had a 6 hour labor - DS 2:  11 hours DS3: pending

DS 1: Never sick - DS 2: Dying  DS 3: only headaches 

DS 1: Glowing/great hair DS 2: Glowing/great hair  DS3: pregnancy hives/hay for hair

So unless my u/s was wrong and I have a girl - I've had 3 pregnancies - all boys - all different.
