UTI symptoms...eeek!

I just started feeling UTI symptoms this afternoon. It's not terrible, but I definitely feel like an infection is coming on. My doctor's office stops answering their phones at 4. I plan on calling them first thing in the morning. In the meantime, is it safe to take AZO Standard to help relieve the symptoms? I've never taken it before, but a friend says it works wonders while you're waiting to get an anitbiotic.

I know that UTI's during pregnancy need to be taken care of ASAP. Is it ok for me to wait until morning or should I go to Urgent Care? I really don't want to have to go sit in the ER for 4 or 5 hours if it's ok to wait until morning.
